I do not have an issue with the experience with the dealer my issue is with the RAC warranty they give, it is not worth the paper it is written on, we are out of pocket £4K, we took it to a respected well established garage with all trained mechanics in Sprinter Vans, we had to have all 4 injectors replaced, but because the garage we used did not send the injectors to a injector specialist the RAC refused to pay out even thought the garage proved proof what they done. Also we took the van to 4 RAC approved garages and all of them said the same, they do not like dealing with warranty claims, so we agreed we could take it to a our garage of our choice which we did and they still have refused to pay out, and the dealers even though they tried to help not much come of that.

We took a day travelling round various car garages in order to find a new vehicle to add to our fleet. We were looking to find an exceptionally clean and tidy vehicle with low mileage. All of the visits made to previous car dealerships were a waste of time - i found that no one had listed vehicles accurately and no effort was made to prepare the vehicles and no sales experience was shown. HOWEVER when i contacted Billy @ Truck and Van Plus Ltd i found him to be incredibly professional and generally interested in helping me find the right vehicle to add to our fleet. He expressed he had what i was looking for - low mileage and a very clean van all prepared and ready to go. We arrived and immediately i could see that what he promised over the phone was accurate - an excellently prepared vehicle along with low mileage and fantastic condition. The sales process was very straight forward and genuine. I would highly recommend Billy @ Truck and Van Plus Ltd they had a vast selection of very clean and tidy vans for sale on their forecourt. Bought a SWB Sprinter from Truck and Van Plus in September 23. A very rare vehicle & something we wanted for a camper conversion. Having taken it for test drive we noticed a few minor things that needed fixing and these were put right before we took receipt of the van, during its MOT and Service.

We live in Manchester so Truck and Van arranged for delivery, which was a big help. On the way up the Engine Managment System warning light came on & Truck and Van paid for the diagnostic check which found nothing wrong. They also covered the cost of the new battery, as the old one died about 2 weeks after we bought the van.

The MOT, Service and Warranty that comes with the van really gave us peace of mind and takes the stress out of buying a van ( especially for novices like us). Communication with them has been easy and honest.

I would recommend this company if you're in the market for a Sprinter.

A few days after that ,as he promised, everything was sorted and the van was ready for work. I'm very happy with the purchase of my van,from Truck and Vans Plus, and in the future, Billy is going to be my first choice when it comes to buying a new van. I would highly recommend Truck and Van Plus to anyone who is willing to buy a second hand van.

Heard about this company by a chance meeting with a guy that was working in the same place as me for a day, he said they were good and trustworthy. I spoke to Billy a couple of times on the phone then visited to look at some vans, he said take as long as you want and when ready give me a shout. We had a couple of hours looking at different vans for a conversion and Billy was never looking over our shoulder or putting any pressure on us. When we had questions he answered them and even tried to find out more info for us. When we bought the van he said the front left tyre was low tread and would replace it as part of the deal. During the whole process he was straight up polite and a joy to deal with. I found out the business was started by his grandfather and if you are looking for a van there is not better testimony than a business that has been running for about forty years, I also have taken friends there since I bought mine. And the icing on the cake from Billy when I got my van both front tyres had been changed, if that's not customer service I don't what is and good luck to Billy and the business for years to come.

There was no hard sell, just an honest and genuine conversation about the van I was looking at. A few mechanical bits needed attention which Billy got sorted out for me without any arguments.

We went to view some vans that we had seen online and spent over an hour looking at an even wider range of vans that Billy had for sale. He was very helpful and we ended up reserving a van the next day. Our van was very reasonably priced and we picked it up as soon as we could.
When we got the van home, we realised there was a slight issue with the door, Billy arranged for it to be fixed by a Mercedes mechanic with no charge.
